I sent a request to add a domain to our license last wednesday, I have not recieved a response yet, the person that usually does this is on vacation so I asked to be contacted if this was a problem.
I would be very happy if you could check the status of my request and tell me if it can be done, otherwise I would have to disturb my colleague on his vacation.
I could not find any other way to contact you apart from opening a support ticket which I do not think is warranted for this question.
