Can't send mail in IMAP mode

I have a client who is trying to use Outlook Express to send and receive mail. I have matched all their settings with other users on the network. They are able to receive mail, but can not send. All other users can send and receive.

Sending via IMAP is done through SMTP, not through anything Scalix does, so look at stuff like the maillog to see what's going on. If a telnet to port 25 on the outgoing mail server says our SMTPD's listening, you might want to debug that.
