Hi all,

We have a current scalix installation and support subscription.

We are running version 11.3 and have upgraded our test system ( running community edition ) to 11.4.2

We now want to proceed with the upgrade on our production system.

My question is this.

We were emailed the links to the latest version along with our username and password for the download site. But the links time out.

http://downloads.scalix.com/GA/scalix-11.4.2-GA-enterprise-redhat-intel.bin

Can you please provide us with the correct links?

or can we use the community version to upgrade our server and just input our license key so that we retain our 100 Premium users?

This simply seems a matter of the download server having some issue; the operations team has been informed and is working on getting it back up. Community Edition downloads are affected as well; in principle, both would work as the software is the same and it's only the license key that makes a difference here.

This has been found to be a hardware issue with the main downloads server; it has been resolved and should be available again.
