Currently using Community Ver 11.0, received a 60day Ent Lic with 50 premium users, tried to upgrade, process stopped, how do I upgrade from Community to Enterprize ?
Currently have 21 premium users on Community Ver.

What error do you get? What is in the install log when you run the installer verbosely?
