Library issues during installation Scalix

Hi, 'm not a Centos guru but I'm trying to install Scalix on a CentOs 5 platform.

During the scallix installation I receive a error that some libraries are not correct.

I have tried to install the proper files but i keep getting errors.

Can somebody help/advise? Thanks in advance!

1) You need to Upgrade the packages if already installed, not Install them (man rpm)
2) The package list is in the output after the dependency check. Install them from the CentOS install disks - they are all there, but not present in a purely default install.

You need to update glibc-common and glibc at the same time. Keep on adding the relevant packages to the command line until it installs cleanly.

Can I find the required packages online?

The best way to update is to use yum. man yum should give you the info you need, a default CentOS install has all the needed repositories already reconfigured.

did you resolve ?

you may try with:

yum install postgresql-server postgresql sendmail-cf libdigestmd5 libcrammd5 compat-libstdc++

this should work if correct repos are configured (which is the default)... otherwise manually download the packages from centos.org or search them on rpm.rpmbone.net (use advanced search and filter for centos).
you can use wget to download the rpm files, then install manually with rpm -Uvh <rpmfile>

mmm... seems to me like you miss the "Legacy Libraries"...

I compared your list with mine: I think you are missing these libraries:

To get them on your system (which is a CentOS 5.0), try first with yum:

Then retry with the scalix installer.

If yum does not succeed in installing, maybe your repo list is incomplete... so you'll have to download the libraries from RPMBONE or smth:
