Is this possible or I'm I only able to run Apache?

There will obviously not be support for this configuration, so you will be on your own to do this

However, the main requirement is the ability to redirect AJP connections to Tomcat. You will need to do this for a vistual host (the servername) for various URLs (e.g. /sis, /api, etc). The full list is in the files in /etc/opt/scalix/tomcat-connector. SSL support will also be a good idea.
