ClamAV issue

I have installed Scalix 10.0 on Red Hat 4.0 ES and am having an issue getting ClamAV to work properly. I have followed the instructions from the Knowledgebase article # 126746. I have a test file that I use to test the AV functionality and have confirmed that ClamAV detects this file as a virus. However when I send a mail with this file attached it is not picked up as a virus and there are no entries in the /var/opt/scalix/logs/omvscan.log file. I am a newbie to Linux and Scalix so it is entirely possible I am missing something in my configuration but I have been unable to find anything in the knowledgebase or forums so far.

I was able to find the issue after some additional searching. The issue was related to permissions on the all-routes.vir file being incorrect. Unfortunately the logs were not showing any permissions issues. I was able to find it by using the following solution from another post:

omon router
omshowlog -p 5 -s router
