Installation breaks off

Postby ThomasD » Wed Mar 01, 2006 5:23 pm

Hello,

i would like to test the Software but could not Install it on a SUSE 10 Maschine.

The Problem is, that i get an Error Message every Time i try to start the Installer.

This is the Message i get:

Scalix installer -extracting archive, please wait ...

Gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data - format violated
Tar: unexpectected EOF in Archiv
Tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
/usr/bin/python: can´t open file "/tmp/scalix-wizard.d26930/py23/sxmerlin.pyc": [Errno2]No such File or directory

Scalix installer - starting version ...
Scalix installer - using Python 2.4.1 ...

Gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data - format violated
Tar: unexpectected EOF in Archiv
Tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
/usr/bin/python: can´t open file "/tmp/scalix-wizard.d26930/py23/sxmerlin.pyc": [Errno2]No such File or directory

Scalix installer - cleaning up ...
Scalix installer - stopped.

After this the Installer quits.

What goes wrong here?

I have installed a Standart SUSE version, nothing Special configured.

As a front end i use KDE 3.3

If someone could help me please.

Best Regards, Thomas

Looks like there has been an download error. Try to re-download the file. You can see the correct MD5 checksums here.
