Install problems on Fedora 4 with a dependency

I've searched everywhere, and can't seem to find the files neeed to resolve this dependency, can somoene point me to the right file or package for ical.rc4.20050413 or greater? seems the only packages I'm finding are from 2002.


Only thing left to resolve before I can install the trial version and starting... trailing.

This should be installed automatically by the installer but the RPM is in the third_party/libical/i386/ directory of the install media.
