Upgrade to v10 stops - AttributeError: no attribute 'split'

Hello!
Cannot upgrade to Scalix v10. The Uprade stops with the message:
AttributeError: error instance has no attribute 'split'

I have seen the other posts in this Forum and checked my DNS. But everything seems to be OK.
