Duplicate folders after v10 upgrade

I just upgraded to V10 (from the previous version). The install itself went smoothly, but as soon as I logged into SWA, I noticed that I now have duplicate Drafts, Calendars, Contacts, and Notes. When I try to delete one of each, I get an error message that I cannot delete system folders. What should I do?

I should add that I am running on Fedora Core 4. Please let me know if you need more info.
