Premium Users Cannot Login After Upgrade

It has come to our attention that during the Scalix 10.0 upgrade, the License Manager may abort. One of the symptoms is Premium (formerly Enterprise) users not being able to login. To check for this situation, please type:

Code: Select all

omstat -a


and if the "Licence Monitor Daemon" shows aborted or stopped, type:

Code: Select all

omlicmon


to restart it.
