My Sac don't work after upgrade to v.10

Hi,

After the v.10 upgrade when I try to log in on SAC it's give the error in CAA.log :

FATAL [RESTransformer.createCAAResquestMessage:36] com.scalix.sac.ubermgr.util.UberManagerException : No RES registered from Scalix Servers

So what can I do ?

Please provide more information. What exact steps are you taking?

The installer now connects tomcat to apache with mod_jk. If you are accustomed to going to http://server:8080/sac all you know have to do is go to http://server/sac.

Does that help? Is tomcat running? Please post the output of ps -aef |grep tomcat.

Hi,

Can you also check /etc/opt/scalix/res/config/res.properties and make sure that the connection port specified is either 80 if mod_jk is configured or 8080 if it is not configured. If you make a change to this file you will need to restart tomcat.
