ommakeom error

When I run ommakeom I get the message:

ommakeom: "mail" is already in the global configuration file

I just can't find the global configuration file...

Where might I find it?

Ok, fixed that and the installation seems to be complete but I can't get to sac... I'll keep working on it!

And in reference to my previous message all I had to do was run ompatchom.
