Moving users between nodes

Hi guys, just a quick question regarding moving of users between nodes.

At present the method we are using is to use sxmboxexp and then delete the user, then recreate the user on the new node, then run sxmboximp.

We also previously looked at using omcpoutu and omcpinu so much of a muchness there, some process slightly different commands.

Short question here is, is there a better way to be doing this. Can we automate it a little better? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If it's on the same machine you can just change the OUx attributes to match the new mailnode (ommodu -o "Old Name/oldnode" -n "New Name/newnode"). This will NOT work cross-server, though, there your method is the only one.

There may be some artifacts regarding replies to old emails, authcompletion and so on, but in general the same would apply to the sxmbox* method as well. I suggest vigirous testing in your environment, as always
