Error 1012 during Migration

I'm trying to test the migration from Exchange 5.5 to Scalix 11.3. I have successfully extracted the data from Exchange on a single mailbox to a PST file. The PST file is now on a Windows XP workstation in the same directory as the SXMigrate.exe file. When I run the command the migrate the data into webmail I get this error:

Error[1012]: Error during profile creation: SX CreateMsgService

Any ideas?

Unfortunately no, I've tried everything I have found to no avail. I'm awaiting Scalix tech support to get back to me on this one. We are doing a trial right now and this is where I'm stuck

I'll definitely update the post when I get an answer and please let me know if you figure it out before then!
