Delivery not authorized, message refused

Hi,

i want to send Mails to a freemail account like GMX, but i got this Message back from the Server and the Mail is not delivered to the receipient.

Any Ideas?

Where is your Mailserver installed - are you running it in a datacenter or leased Line with fixed IP, which also is the official MX for your domain or are you running your server from a regular private Internet connection with dynamic IP ?

In the second case probably the most Mailservers won't accept your mail and you have to relay your mail through your pproviders email-server.

Otherwise please post the entire line related to the problem from your logfiles (probably /var/log/mail.log)

It is the second case. Do you have a HowTo to install the RELAY for SCALIX. I haven't found it...

Look in the forums for SMARTHOST. You can set this up in sendmail and have it relay through your ISP's server.
