Updated Install CentOS 4.4 With Scalix

I originally posted a doc that outlined a "fail proof" means of installing Scalix on CentOS 4.4

I have updated the document to fix spelling errors, make the install even more fail proof (though SOME experience in Linux will go a long way), and add a "cathcall" account, and direct all spam to one email address away from user's mailboxes.

I'm trying to install scalix-11.1.0-GA-enterprise (the evaluation) with centos, I get a number of issues,
tar/unzip the install package gives me

gunzip: scalix-11.1.0-GA-enterprise-redhat-intel.tgz: invalid compressed data--crc error

- I don't see this error when I do the same process on the m/c where the install was downloaded before I scp'ed it onto the server, as the error occus on the final file LICENSE.txt, I'm hoping this is ok - the file is the same size before/after the scp.
When I run the installer I get the following when selecting all scalix components

This machine has had an evaluation install of zimbra but I have uninstalled it and also I've made sure all the scalix pre-requisites are in place

If I do a manual selection I get the message
ERROR Operation failed: RPM package

/opt/scalix-11.1.0-GA/software/scalix_server/scalix-platform-11.1.0.50-1.noarch.rpm is corrupted.

but it isn't - at least rpm -qilp is able to read it ok
