RHEL5 Scalix 11.0.3

Hi.

Just for clarification. Is the RHEL5 installation supported on Enterprise 11.0.3? I am going to put a new system live in around 2 weeks, and wanted to install the latest OS, so we didn't have to upgrade further down the road. We don't use AD integration, we just need the large number of premium accounts.

If you look at the Supported Environments section of the Release Notes for Scalix 11.0.3 at:
http://downloads.scalix.com/.community/ ... #supported
it does support RedHat Enterprise Linux 3, 4 and 5.

Hi,

That is it. I am hearing that Comunity edition may be supported, but not Enterprise. If I install Enterprise on RHEL5 (baring in mind I only have a number of accounts on premium, which is why we use Enterprise), will it work/be supported?

I don't want to install on RHEL4 only to have to do an OS update in a year or so.

I think the installation should work, you might get dependency issues related to:
libcrammd5.so
libdigestmd5.so
libcrypto.so.4
