Outllok 2016 No Scalix Rules Wizard

When starting Outlook 2016 with Scalix 12.7 Outlook Connector i get a message that the Scalix Rules Add-In is slow to load. After this, when selecting the Manage Rules from Outlook the Outlook Rules are displayed and NOT the Scalix Rules Wizard. No amount of fooling with it fixes it. This has only started happening in the last 30 days.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

What is your Scalix connector Version ? please try latest upcoming connector 12.8.0.9193 from http://downloads.scalix.com/upcoming/connector/

also please try with creating new outlook profile and share the status, if problem still persist then please create a support ticket

I am very happy to report that your suggested solution worked perfectly with both with the Home and Business Outlook 2016 and the Office 365 Outlook 2016.

For those who are reading this, this connector is being used with the Scalix 12.7.0 server.
