Unable to delete appointments

Hi,
we have a user called groupcalendar. Every user has access to the this calendar. Making an appointment is no problem. but if we want to delete them via outlook, it is not possible. even the person who made the appointment is not able to delete it.
it also occurs in the personal calendar of each user: some appointments can not be deleted. the most of them can be deleted if we use the webinterface via firefox- but this is not an alternative for the user.
another problem is that outlook shows the appointments popup at start (that is ok). but if we close it we get the following error (german Outlook:)
"Outlook kann diese Erinnerung nicht abschalten.Die Erinnerung wird möglicherweise erneut erfolgen".
is this a bug or can this be solved?
our sytem: cent 0S 6.5, scalix 12.1 small business
clients: win7 64 bit, outlook 2010 sp1
