Error1722 Installing Connector 12.1 On Win8.1

Hi,

I get Error 1722 trying to install the Connector 12.1 on a Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit machine.

I am not able to repair or even uninstall the connector.

How can I resolve the Problem?

Getting this error with the latest connector 12.5.1.9146 (on Win8.1) and the error occurred when they tried to uninstall the connector not during installation. It installed okay but the scalix server type did not appear in the options when trying to create a new profile. Therefore they were going to uninstall and reinstall to get this added to the list of options for a new profile.

I don't think there is a later connector to use - is there?

They have tried a repair and remove but neither works and it wont uninstall - gives the 1722 error?

Hello,

Try to uninstall existing scalix connect via any third party uninstaller software like yamisoft windows 8.1 manager,

then download and install newest setup of scalix connect from http://downloads.scalix.com/scalix-GA-enterprise-win-latest.zip.

hopefully problem will be resolve.
