Upgrading from Scalix 11.3 or earlier to Scalix 12 is not supported.
You will be required to upgrade in two steps. Firstly, Upgrade to Scalix 11.4.x after which you can upgrade to Scalix 12.

hi,

Upgrading from Scalix 11.3 or earlier to Scalix 12 is not supported directly,

Firstly, Scalix 11.3 or earlier version upgrade to Scalix 11.4.x after then you can upgrade to Scalix 12.
