Local Delivery stop

Hi, I'm having a problem with the Local delivery, it is reset and only becomes one if manuelmente restart. also when I send an email I get a postmaster who says DSE could not deliver the mail to a blocked account called inout and it is not copied into the original mail.
somebody help me?

Hi!

Could you please provide the server/OS details ?

Can you check errors if any in fatal log which you can find at /var/opt/scalix/??/s/logs/fatal.
Also, please reply with the result of commands:
