Email delivery issue

Postby pandreas21 » Fri May 16, 2014 5:33 am

Hi,

I recently started receiving the following non-delivery report for emails replied to outside senders (for a specific scalix user):

----------------------------- ERROR REPORT -----------------------------
Message could not be delivered to the following recipient:

test / internet
DDT1=RFC-822; DDV1=test@example.com;

because: 'X.6.0 Other or undefined media error' [OM 8960]

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any ideas?

The error shows a problem with the content of the message which caused it to be undeliverable.
Does this happen with all messages or some specific message sent to specific address/domain ?

Try changing the content of the message. Will do the trick for sure.

Check to see if the Outlook autocomplete address is correct. It might just need to be deleted.

Start sending the message, when you start typing the name in the TO field, and it pops up from previous messages, delete it, so that there is no autocomplete.

If this only happens when you hit reply, then ignore what I've said. :) My answer would only impact when you are sending a new message or forwarding something.

Kev.
