SOAP27 Errors

I have this problem when I leave SWA open for extended periods of time. The firewall is set to drop inavtive connections after 13.3 minutes (800 seconds) but SWA is set to check for mail every 10 minutes (600 seconds) so that should not be a concern. The network connection is very reliable and I never have a problem using the Outlook Connector.

what version of scalix is this? some occurrences have been fixed in 11.2, however, you might want to set the
swa.soap.numRetriesOnTimeout
parameter in swa.properties to "2" - the default is 0.
Some further occurrences of the SOAP 27 error, which are ultimately caused by Firefox's inability to properly detect some kind of communication interruptions are going to be fixed by 11.3, e.g. the one that occurs when you close a window before it is finished loading....
Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing in the meantime, we're working hard to get rid of this once and for all.

Need to figure out how to migrate the current version to a temp server, then install another OS to the main server and then upgrade/migrate all the data.
Unless you have a way to use the newest Scalix with SuSE 10.1
