hi all.
Is it just me, of is there a problem with swa and firefox 1.5? It seems I cannot drag and drop messages to different folders. Anyone else having this issue?
kind regards!

Hi mj,
There are a number of issues with Firefox 1.5 and SWA and as of this writing Firefox 1.5 isn't one of our "officially supported" browsers. We will certify Firefox 1.5 for our next release due Q1 06.
Best Wishes,
Don

Hi,
I think the same can be said of Firefox 1.0.7, but I can drag and drop without problem with this version (against SWA 9.4.0). You might want to test 1.0.7.....

1.0.7 works for me.
May I ask WHY all intrnet explorer versions above 5.5 work (as far as I know) and why this is the second time that suddenly a firefox version doesnt' work? (If I recall correctly 1.0.3 or so also didn't work, and the next version DID work again)
Is it that the technology used to make the pages in firefox is different than internet explorer? (and then still: why is it so much more inconsistent..?)
Kind regards,
Mourik Jan

As it was explained to me (and I'm no expert), there was a regression error in 1.03 which we worked around and the explainer was complaining about bugs in 1.5 as well. He was disappointed that they hadn't been fixed in 1.5-final.

that would mean that there is hope for 1.5.1..!

There is indeed. Especially since I believe there is a workaround for the bug in the development version of SWA, not that that is much comfort to you :-)

I have tried the nightly build of firefox, and the problem seems to be fixed :-)
life is good again.

FWIW --- for all builds of Firefox and/or IE (and each new build of Scalix) it has appeared to me to be CRITICAL to clear the browser cache. This has helped a lot of troubles in the past... worth trying just to be sure.
