Hallo,
I have a question: it is possible to look into a calendar of a other user per webaccess? How can I do this?
Thank you,
Sabrina

Yes, 2 steps:
1) The "sharing" user needs to assign permissions to specific users for viewing (or editing). Alternatively the sharing can be done to everyone by default .
2) The "looking" users need to add mailboxes of the sharing users.

Hallo,
thank you for you answer. Where can I define that the users can look in every calendar by default? In the admin console I haven't find anything to configure that.
Best Regards,
Sabrina

You can't!
Admin has no authority to let anyone look at the calendar (or mailboxes in general) of users that don't allow that explicitly. This is the way it's done in MSExchange, so it's also the path the Scalix choose to implement.
