return receipt always on in SWA

It seems that return receipt is automatically replied to in SWA. I can not find an option to turn it off or have it prompt the user. Is there any way to do this?

In /var/opt/scalix/??/webmail/swa.properties there is an entry for
Code: Select all
swa.user.autoAcknowledgeReadReceipts=true
Change this to false, save the file and then restart tomcat.

Thanks, seems like that should have worked, however it did not.
Restarted tomcat, scalix and httpd. Also restarted the webmail client.
Sill responds to a return receipt.
Any other ideas?

There's two settings I changed on mine
swa.user.autoAcknowledgeReadReceipts=false
swa.allusers.forceReadReceipts=false

Setting swa.allusers.forceReadReceipts to false did it.
Now there is a checkbox in tools->options to turn read receipts on or off.

Hi
I also have some problems with return receipts.
After I changed my config to
swa.user.autoAcknowledgeReadReceipts=false
swa.allusers.forceReadReceipts=false
I see the checkbox but with some users it didn''t work. They send always read receipts without any question from the system. I deleted imap_cache but no change.
Any idea?

Mine was resolved with an upgrade to 11.4.3
