1st day of week Sunday or Monday
Where can the users change if they want their calendar week started on Sunday on Monday?

At this point, they can't. In addition, the start of week is inconsistent between the Mini calendar in the lower left corner and the main calendar display in week and month views.
This has been fixed for the next release and we're already using the new version internally where you can set any day as your start of week.
