Problem with some folders in SWA "null"??

Postby BigBirdy » Tue Oct 04, 2005 10:20 am

I have noticed that sometimes a specific folder will fail to load/view in SWA and the only message is a dialog box with a yellow warning triangle and the word "null" in the middle of the box above an "ok" button. This has happened more than once and I am at a loss to determine the source of the problem. It would appear to be resulting from a particular email.

Can you check through your $TOMCAT_HOME/logs directory. In particular, the scalix_swa-log files. This will give some indication of any errors that have been generated.

Cheers
