SWA no mails and already connected error

Hi guys,
I got a brand new scalix setup with version 11.0.1 GA.
Everything is workin fine except for SWA.
I got 5 users: 1 is working without any problems, 2 get this error while logging in: already connected, and for the last 2 users SWA simply doesn t show any mails at all.
I tried everything from omstat to consistency checks. Only omshowlog shows me an error like this: [OM3433] The open container reference provided is invalid, which happens to be an unsolved problem in this forum, same as for the already connected problem.
Omstat: all services are running and active.
I don t want to recreate all users cuz with the outlook connector everything is workin fine.
Is there any solutions to these errors?
PLEASE HELP!

I am having the same problem with a single user (my account is fine). He cannot see new messages in SWA or via IMAP client. I also ran omscan and it found/fixed no issues.
My setup is not brand new but this problem just started today.

My problem is now resolved. I tried dkelly's procedure here:

The user can now access via imap and SWA and the errors are no longer appearing in the log.
I hope it works for you, but it seems you have multiple or all users experiencing the problem? We both had the same error in our log so give it a shot...

dkelly's procedure worked for me when i got this error message
some of the requested messages no longer exist
in thunderbird (or probably any other imap client)

Hi,
I have the same error, I try the procedure propose by dkelly and I did not find any imap-cache folder probably because we are using Scalix 10.

Also I tried omscan -AxvU on the account, it did not change anything.
Is there something else I can try to fix this?
