Hi,

I just installed the Scalix 9 evaluation. When I access the Webinterface and click on a folder the view on right side does not change. If I click a little bit around, then sometime the view changes. What's wrong?

Thanks

Gerald

Hi Gerald

If you click on a folder and it doesn't change the message list, does it change after a short while ?

There will be a slight lag if there is a large number of messages in the folder. Is this the case ?

Hi,

it's a new account so there are only a few or no items in each folder.

What's happeing is that I view the calendar, then click on contacts and only the headline changes but the calendar is still displayed. Sometime also the symbols in the symbolbar changes and sometimes not. It's the same when I switch to inbox or another folder. Nothing changes if I wait.

Thanks

Gerald

I did some testing on a brand new mailbox and I don't see the problems you are reporting.

Can you check the tomcat logs at $TOMCAT_HOME/logs ? This may reveal some more clues as to what the problem is.

Cheers

Dave.

Hi,

I was busy with some other things, so it take a little time before I could do more testing.

The tomcat logs does not show any error!

I have tried to delete the account and recreate it. As long as I don't use Outlook everything works correctly. When I start Outlook and set to deliver new mails to scalix account, I get the standard folders twice (one in english, which are not correctly displayed by outlook as calender, contacts etc. and one in german (it's a german outlook), which are correctly displayed). When I now access the web interface, I get the trouble I described before.

When I do it the other way round and first go into outlook and afterwards access the webinterface, I get a exception from my browser....

Regards

Gerald
