Error : "Your session has expired"

Hi @all,

we are using Scalix 11.4.5.12163 on SuSE SLES 10.
Since some month one User is encoutintering some problems that he gets an error message "Your session has expired".
The User claims that this error also occurs WHILE her is working with Scalix. Not only after 30 minutes or so of inactivity.
Due to the reason that the User works in abother County and that the error can not be repruduced it's pretty hard for me to find out what's going on.

So i got 2 questions :

Did anyone maybe encounter similiar problems ?

Is there any way to check and tune the session timeout ?

Hi,
I usually notice this when I am logged on into more than one client. So please make sure that the user is not running more than one webmail at a time.
