I just had some issues with my web server. Runnin CentOS 4.6 w/ latest httpd as of today from yum.
I can go to https://mysite/webmail (or sac) and it takes me there. When I do the same thing NOT using https, Apache just gives the message saying that the page does not exist.
Where can I look to see how the /webmail or /sac would work when not using https?
I also have this silly question so I can better understand the concept of how things are working when you go to http://mysite.com/webmail. So let's say I have mysite.com configured in apache and some sub-directories I have sites in there, so like there is a wordpress directory for a wordpress site (mysite.com/wordpress) I understand why when I type that in my browser it goes to that site because the directory exists in my mysite.com main site directory (/var/www/mysite/). But if you do mysite.com/webmail or /sac, there is no webmail or sac directory, it is being forward or knows what to open, so my question is what is telling it to open the webmail when I go to mysite.com/webmail? I tried to ask that in a clear way, sorry if that is confusing.
Thank you!
