You shouldn't need to configure anything. Outlook and webmail both look at the same data store, with the same folders, and the same messages.

Maybe the Outlook users are saving some folders and messages in PST files on the PC at work? If that is the case, there is no way to sync the PST file to webmail. Instead I'd run File -> import/export and import the mails from the PST onto the mail server.

You can just drag the stuff over in Outlook however this will probably introduce uncorrectable corruption in the mailstore that will cause many things not to work correctly. It's a serious bug in Scalix that they don't seem to want to acknowledge.

when you create a new outlook profile to work with your scalix server you can also add a pst file to that profile (with file> open>) and just drag the content over to the scalix folders..

This is the only way to do a nice import.. (it also works for calendar and todo
Kind regards,

Paul
