read confirmation

Hi,
i Have a problem.
when a user recive a read confirmation, he get ok in outlook, but that confirmation do not erase from mailstore. If the user log to SWA, in the inbox, there are all read confirmations that get in outlook.
This happen with all users on my server that are more than 3000.
