[SOLVED]IMAP failure: folder "" doesn't exist

Hi all,

we use Scalix 11.4.6. In SWA we sometimes have a Problem with opening attachements, an error message "IMAP failure: folder "" doesn't exist" appears on a complete empty Browser page (not as a message window).

omshowlog does not log anything when provoking that error.
Years ago another user reported that on the forum, with no answers:

did you using odd characters like

(~!@#$%^&*()+-{}[]:";'<>,.?/

in the folder names??

not that, but the folder name contains two "german Umlaute": ä and ü.
Complete Folder Name: Rückläufe Text

did you apply the latest patch for 11.4.6? the patch was for umlaut problems.

Thank you for the Link, for it's a productive system, i temporarily solved it by renaming the folder.
