how to add external address book to System Address book

Dear Scalix,
Just a simple question,
How to add external address book to system address book so that each user can retrieve its when composing message from their mail client (using swa or external mail client). And where i can show all its list and modify..? (ussualy i show system address book only from swa search address book with Search in : System Directory and FInd Contact containing : * for show all but i can't modify from here)
