Can´t attach files is SWA!! URGENT

Helo Guy´s,
After upgrading the server from 11.4.4 to 11.4.5 we can´t attach files in SWA, after we pres the upload button, we see the he´s trying, but nothing will happen.
the file will not be uploaded.
I hope some body can help me
