This issue started off as a few corrupt emails which caused error messages of Failed tp display messages for folder INBOX and a error has occurred Contact your email-admin.
Now this has cascaded out of control. We have over 20 users experiencing these issue's. Im am now getting ommodu : [OM 8028] User database error occurred when trying to change
any aspects on the user. I am not able to delete the user or anything.

I have tried reinstalling the db running all the classic commands such as omscan and omcheck but I am now lost. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated. If you need log info let me know.

Do a omshowlog -e and see if there's an indication of the issue there, perhaps. Almost sounds like your SYSTEM directory is getting corrupted. Do you have enough free disk space and (for ext2/ext3) enough free inodes?

Didnt think about the inode possibility. I will look into that now. Thanks

Sorry to keep replying but as you can tell this is a desperate situation. Inodes look ok.

We have enough free inodes and disk space so not sure but looks like a AD issue.
