All Message arrive in plain text after Upgrade...

Hi,

I upgraded scalix from v9.4.2 to v10. Everything went unusually smoothly, however, I have 1 problem and 1 question:

Problem:
Why ame I recieving all messages as plain text now, and not as rich text messages? I can still send new messages in RTF, however, when I reply to a plain text message, I cannot use any of the font icons (bold, underline etc), in fact, the entire text toolbox is not shown.

Question:
How can I add a public contacts folder to the "Search In" drop down when I click on the "To:", "Cc:" or "Bcc:" links in SWA?

Hi nader,

If you check under Tools>Options>Composing Mail. What is the setting for Default format?

Also check the /etc/opt/scalix/webmail/swa.properties file and make sure swa.user.useRichText variable is set to 'true' if you want all SWA users to use Rich Text. You will need to restart tomcat after making changes to swa.properties file.

Use this command to restart tomcat:
