Should be an imap cache problem.
Try to search "imap cache" into this forum.

Hi, Thanks for you reply.

Anyway, We configured MS outlook with IMAP option in this user's PC. then, Everything worked perfectly. But, This is just a temporary solution for the user.

Since IMAP cache is an issue, Will that user be able to work with MS outlook, when IMAP is configured?

Pls let me know. this is a production server.

I think this is the right HOW to for clearing IMAP cache.

I have never done this.
Therefore, Could u pls let me know r u okay with doc?

Hope to hear from you.

While there are no guarantees, the instructions on that page do seem to fit the bill.

Recommend though you check out the Scalix Wiki for the "reset the imap-cache for a mailbox" script.

If there is an imap cahce problem, which it likely is, then outlook via imap will probably also experience problems. So clear the cache.

Hi,

Thanks for your support. I solved the problem.

/etc/init.d/scalix-tomcat stop
/etc/init.d/scalix stop
