Attachments not visible

Hi all,

in one message I have two attachments (2 pdf files).

These attachments are visible in Outlook (with Outlook connector) and I can open them.
But are not visible in SWA.

SWA: 11.4.0.11344

Can someone help me ?

Hello there,

we experience the same issue with a couple of customers now. They use different versions of Scalix Server.
One is 11.4.0 and the other is up to date with 11.4.4. !

Outlook -> Attachments visible and useable
SWA -> Attachments not visible
IMAP via Outlook Express i.e. -> Attachments not visible

Please see attached three screen shots.

We already did all the standard omscan, omtidy etc.pp. stuff. No errors in the server log as well.

can we get a copy of the sxmboxexp of the message, or even better, a version of it as captured while it was coming into the system using smtpd DEBUG_LOG, or, if that is all not possible, at least a mime.browse of it?

Given that this may need to be investigated on the actual data, it may be better to open a support ticket.
