Sent folder shows only "From"

Hi everybody!

When I look in my "Sent" folder in SWA, i see only "From" and not "To"!?
Is that right? :?
In the german translation, in "Gesendete Objekte" I see "An" (="To"), but I think this folder was created by the IMAP-Client.
In "Sent" it is the same like in english.

Thanks!

Regards
Frank

When I switch to German, my SWA shows a folder named 'Gesendete Objekte' and the column heading in that folder is 'An' and in that column are the recipients of messages which I have sent.

When I switch to English, my SWA shows the same folder named 'Sent' and the column heading in that folder is 'To' and it shows the recipients to whom I've sent emails.

This sounds like what you have described, and it is correct behavior.

I'm not sure where you are seeing 'From', could you please elaborate?

You are right and not!

I have both, in english "Sent Items" and "Sent" and in german "Gesendete Objekte" and "Sent".
In both "sent" folders I see only "From" and in "Sent Items" and "Gesendete Objekte" I see "To".

But you are rigth, in the english SWA the send Mails are found in"Sent Items".

Both Mailboxes are used with SWA and Thunderbird, maybe thats the reason?
But in both, I have mails in the "Sent" folder too?!

Okay, it's because of Thunderbird.
A new user get only "Sent Items" or "Gesendete Objekte".
After a connect and sending a mail with Thunderbird you get a new folder "Gesendet" in Thunderbird and a folder "Sent" in SWA.
I think that's it!

Thanks for your patience!

Have a nice weekend!

Thanks for posting your followup and findings. That was good detective work on your part. Many clients like to "do their own thing" with sent messages and trash/wastebasket so sometimes you see interesting (and frustrating) behavior.
