For a long time i wasn't using the connector but i started to now!

On the calender i add my bills when they need to be paid (suggested mail in date -to- the due date)

Rather then listing each day where the appointment is... can they be grouped? So its not filling up each day..

Sounds like what you want is support for Tasks, which is currently being worked on.
