webmail customize hangs with msg "Loading please wait......"

Hello,

I am having trouble customizing the Scalix webmail login page. I am following the instruction from http://scalix.org/wiki/index.php?title= ... LOGIN_PAGE

1) I created a file default.html and paste each section of content from the above listed link into it
2) I edited the images in there,
3) edit web.xml as described at the end of the page
4) service scalix-tomcat restart

When i tried to access the webmail, it simply shows a page with my logo plus the message "Loading please wait....."
there is no login column for username and password, the page simply stops loading at that point.

From what i read on the above link, the instruction somehow is meant for scalix version 10, i am using scalix 11 enterprise license on rhel4.
I am not sure if it is the right reference, however i could not find any more other instruction meant for scalix version11 on customizing the webmail on its login page and also removing the scalix logo inside the webmail interface.

anyone has any idea what am i missing here?

Sorry , i have solved the problem. It must have been some typing mistake, after i deleted the whole default.html and retype again, it works fine now.

However, i just need to do one more bit of change, after logging in, there is a red bar with scalix written on it at the top menu. How do i replace the red bar, i managed to replace the scalix word with my company's logo, however couldn't find the picture relevant to the red bar inside the interface.
In other words, i just need to know which section of config folder do i look into inorder to customize the web interface instead of the welcome login page.

Hi all,

I managed to customize the login page perfectly. The issue that propped up is that now I cannot log in to webmail.It tells me that wrong user name or password. Is there anyone that can help?
