Accessing personal Address book via webmail

Hi
I have following problem with accessing my personal contacts via webmail:
If I choose "Address Book" by clicking on the Icon, the personal contacs are found and displayed.
If I click first on "new email", choose "to" and here personal contacts, I receive an error.
Any help ?
