Outlook folders not showing in webmail

Hi, i have a user which has many folders under the inbox, but there are 4 which dont show once logged in to webmail.
The properties are all the same as the working folders and it is the same 4 folders every time.
Is there a way to fix?

What are the folder names? Do they contain a "/"? Anything in the SWA logs?

No they are standard names ie work
Where do i find the SWA logs?

Hi thanks for that.
The following is the only message in the last few weeks i could find for this user:

2009-01-18 16:02:51,289 ERROR [AttachmentDownloader.handleRequest:154] ip: 121.90.105.156; username: kim; message: download_attachment: invalid message number UID=3232 in folder INBOX

Do you think this is related?
There are a few like this from the same time frame for other users also

do they appear via IMAP?

How can i check that? im not familiar with setting up IMAP
I am going to try removing the folders and recreate them. I will let you know if it works or not
