Hi, I have a strange problem. I have a user complaining that some emails are not in his "sent items". He's saying that the email is getting to the destination. This problem happend some time, but not on all emails. The user is using Outlook 2007 and Scalix webmail when he's out of the office. The problem occurs in both situations. I'm using Scalix 11.4.2.

Does someone know How to debug this situation? Is there a way to know if my user has deleted the email by him self?

Thanks

J-E

Without tracing the user's sessions, there's really no easy way of seeing him delete the message himself :( You need to find a reproducible scenario where he sends messages (with yellow text? An attachment? Big?) then you can look into it further. If it's happening a lot, then the tracing might be useful anyway, but that's a lot of data to look through if it's once a week.

Something else to consider is that it could be an Outlook configuration issue.
For example, under Tools -> Options do they have the box "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder" unchecked?

I know he says it happens whether he's using OL or SWA, but I'd double-check Outlook settings just to be sure. He may have an incorrect perception of when it's happening.
